100 Days of Scouting – Day 51

Didn’t get this on in time for posting on Wednesday, but here goes (yes, I know it’s marked as posting on 3/30; it’s my OCD to have the calendar at the right complete)…

Today I:

  • Had an interesting twitter conversation with some other Scouters (@SM_Shawn, @ScouterAdam & @ScouterLiberty) about awards and nominations
  • Kept up with some 100 Days of Scouting blogs
  • Read Ask Andy’s most recent column.  He has some good stuff and practical knowledge in a Q&A format.  If you’ve not read his stuff, I highly encourage you to go there.
  • Discussed our tree planting service project set for Saturday with our CC while at the March Math Madness award ceremony for the boys at their school
  • Downloaded some Pee Wee Harris books from the public domain onto my iPod.  Thanks to @stevejb68 for the idea and info.  He blogged about these books a while back here, here and here.
